Processing and Shipping

 

Many items are customized and made to order and will be shipped within 3-5 business days but please note during massive sale times, we have up to 10 business days to ship your order.

A tracking number will be emailed or sent via text messaging. Please note,  sale items may take up to 7- 10 business days to ship because of the amount of orders we receive. We do our best to get orders out before scheduled times.  

Wholesale (bulk) orders, are customed made and can take up to 7 business days before they are shipped 

If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us within 24hrs to make a change in your order.

If the new item equals more than the previously purchased item, you must pay the item overage before the new item(s) is shipped. If the new item is less, you will be refunded the difference.
